Description
In ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/simtrace2/firmware/ three bogus files are made by the build process (same is true for a local build). They are rather useless and lead to ambiguity.
files with twice the string "dfu": {owhw,qmod,simtrace}-dfu-{$version}-dfu.bin
Let's have the Makefile avoid this (and also not upload it to that ftp dir if it is a seperate process).
