Description
The binaries at http://ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/windows were last built in may 2018 !
Currently Jenkins job "Osmocom-OBS_MinGW_nightly_publish" downloads and packages the windows binaries for rtl_sdr and just fine but then fails in the last stage while trying to copy the generated files over to ftp.osmocom.org
Not sure whats causing this - maybe some change in the infrastructure back then ?

I've fixed the host name + host key verification related problems and enabled a once-per-week schedule. This means also it's no longer called 'nightly' but 'weekly':
