Description

Despite TS 29.118 being very clear that the MME name IE has to be formatted as a DNS name with "labels", some other imlementations insist on sending the MME name as a string representation with dots.

This issue is hence about creating a work-around for such noncompliant implementations.

The patch from omar is merged. However, we should consider a TTCN3 test for this.
