Description

Filtering by log level is broken in the current libosmocore latest packages (Tried with Debian 9)

As soon as you set logging level all <something> there is no way to go back to category-based log levels.

But since "logging level all everything" is deprecated the only way to set tar->loglevel back to 0 is to destroy the log context and recreate it. This is unintuitive and the logging set-all patches from master should be included in a new release soon.

Neel's patches modifying the logging subsystem were merged a while ago, this issue can be closed once we generate next release (currently we are at libosmocore 0.12.0, so probably fixed when 0.13.0 is released.)
