We don't yet have a test suite for osmo-sip-connector to test the MNCC vs. SIP interfaces.

first test suite with 4 tests (2x MO, 2x MT) exists now in SIP_Tests.ttcn.
Test coverage, as usual, is very small, and there is lots more to test. But this ticket is about having one at all...
