Cellular Network Infrastructure

Right now we have copy-pasted git-version-gen helper script in most (all?) Osmocom project. Would be nicer to use upstream's version from gnulib - it's widely available (all distro we support in our nightly .deb). This will remove the need to maintain the script and sync the changes with upstream in each of the projects.
