Osmocom Conferences (OsmoDevCon, OsmoCon, OsmoDevCall)

The first OsmoCon was a great first attempt and was very successful. In relation to Bug #2177, I think the event should have a second day, and that 2nd day should be a more interactive format that allows participants, especially those who need some help with things or have questions, to find and partner with people with more knowledge and skills and move forward on their particular issue. I think this would a create a more dynamic set of relationships within the Osmocom community, and lead to more uptake and participation.
