Description
Like with libiu; also to allow having a liba-dummy like libiu-dummy for the unit tests.

- Status changed from New to Rejected
libiu is moving to osmo-iuh.git (used in MSC and SGSN), so it will no longer be a local library. The main idea was to be able to build some of the tests without depending on libosmo-ranap. Concerning the A-interface: the MSC depends on libosmo-sigtran anyway, and there is no additional dependency (like libosmo-ranap), so my conclusion at the moment is that this issue is obsolete.
