We need to pick a date,
- preferrably in April 2017
- not overlapping Easter (April 16/17)
- not overlapping any other major FOSS conference
- IN-Berlin needs to be available for the invitation-only developer meeting
- the other venue for the public part needs to be available back-to-back

The tentative date is April 21st through April 24th, with
- April 21st being the public conference
- April 22nd through 24th being the classic invitation-only event for active developers only.
So save the date now :)
