Description
Similar to the Abis/IP documentation, we need a document that describes where OsmoPCU Gb/IP complies to which part of 3GPP specification, and where not.
Specifically, this includes- references to relevant specifications (NS + BSSGP)
- which options are chosein/implemented, which not (NS-over-IP, not NS-over-FR, ...)
- which messages, procedures and IEs are implemented
- if they are implemented, are there known short-comings, limitations
- which messages and procedures and IEs are not implemented
The documentation is to be provided in asciidoc, and should become part of http://git.osmocom.org/osmo-gsm-manuals/

there's now a sysmocom/gb branch in the git repository with a place-holder document to fill with content. Use the osmobts-abis document from the same repo as reference for the style / formatting.
