support for this has been in OpenBSC for quite some time. At least for the BTS/TRX/TS/lchan and E1 configuration, it is all done.
What's missing are parts for subscribers and the more dynamic data structures such as calls, transactions and the like. We have to be careful with reference counting of them, to make them
not disappear while the telnet user is exploring them.
