Description

Currently, we support mobility between multiple PCUs attached to one SGSN, but we don't support transfer of the MM context from one SGSN to another SGSN. The latter would require an implementation of the GTP-C based Gn interface.

Some extra information can be found in #5759, which also relates to https://github.com/open5gs/open5gs/issues/2410 , because 2G<->4g is mostly an inter-SGSN handover (MME looks as if it was a peer SGSN over the Gn interface).
