Description

If a MS moves from one PCU to another PCU, there is an optional procedure to retrieve those LLC PDUs stored int he old PCU and forward them to the new PCU in order to avoid having to rely on higher-layer re-transmissions.

Actually, this is only happening between SGSNs when a MS transfers from one SGSN to another SGSN, but not on the Gb interface from one PCU to another PCU.
